Gautier Semences welcomes Mathilde Gautier as Director of Transformation and Innovation. Reporting directly to General Management, she will coordinate strategic initiatives within our independent, family-owned company.
A new role to support our ambitions
As technologies, research models and ways of working together evolve, we have created this role to structure our priorities and accelerate their implementation.
Mathilde Gautier will define and implement our strategy for intellectual property, artificial intelligence and external partnerships.
These projects will support our mission: to develop vegetable varieties that combine health and pleasure while meeting growers’ expectations. They will reflect the values and long-term vision of Gautier Semences.
A career at the intersection of innovation and technology
A graduate of McGill University and ESSEC Business School, Mathilde Gautier has built her career at the intersection of business, innovation and technology.
As part of Biocoop’s innovation team, she launched the company’s e-commerce business. She then joined the R&D teams at Mirakl, a fast-growing French technology company, as Senior Product Manager. There, she developed expertise in product development, particularly in solutions based on generative artificial intelligence.
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional projects, she works closely with senior management, product and engineering teams.
