Gautier Semences maintains close ties with institutional, professional, and economic stakeholders, both in France and internationally. Active in industry bodies, the company contributes significantly to the development of the seed sector while supporting the economic vitality of its home region.
We are engaged with major organizations in the seed industry. As a member of the French Seed Union (UFS), we contribute to discussions on regulatory and technical issues in France. We also participate in SEMAE’s efforts, the seed industry association, to promote a transparent, sustainable, and innovative sector.
At the European level, our collaboration with Euroseeds allows us to anticipate community developments and strengthen connections between industry players. Finally, on a global scale, we follow the work of the International Seed Federation (ISF), which advocates for responsible and equitable development of the international seed sector.
Our involvement also extends to the world of education, through strong ties with agricultural and agronomic institutions. Each year, we welcome students, interns, and recent graduates, thereby strengthening the connections between the company and future professionals in the industry.

Faithful to our Provençal roots, we actively contribute to the local community. Our company supports various community initiatives — active participation in the Actium Grand Marché de Provence, sponsorship for the Semailles Association, support for cultural and sports events, partnerships with local solidarity organizations — that enrich the social life of the region.
As a key economic player in the Eyragues area, Gautier Semences generates consistent activity year-round, employing nearly 180 permanent staff and up to several dozen seasonal workers during peak periods. By prioritizing local hiring, we strengthen employment in the area and solidify relationships with regional economic partners.
